FOWE is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led organization dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs and contributing to India’s development. Founded by Smt. Rupa Rani, who brings over 20 years of leadership experience, FOWE has supported women entrepreneurs at both national and international levels.

FOWE works closely with the government on policy matters, enhances business opportunities through specialized services and global linkages, and fosters networking and sectoral collaboration. It promotes a positive image of Indian business while encouraging corporate citizenship among members.

Its initiatives span health, education, solar energy, EV charging stations, livelihood, skill and entrepreneurship development, diversity management, and water resources. FOWE aims to raise efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across industries, aligning with global best practices in education, HR development, and corporate governance.

Our Visions

Women in Entrepreneurship’s goal is to enhance knowledge and provide opportunities for women to develop their entrepreneurial skills. We will host speakers, panel discussions, Entrepreneurship development program, small group talks, and networking opportunities for women to increase their professional capacity and develop a support system.
